Processing and delivery
Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, carrier and destination. We provide the best available delivery estimate during the shopping and order process, but carrier delays or inventory changes can occasionally affect timing.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when it becomes available from the carrier. Orders containing items from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Address changes may not be possible after an order enters fulfillment.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments
